<no title>
Have been using my Canon BJC-5100 for a few years with no problems at all.
Now suddenly, I keep getting "replace ink cartridge pop-up" even after putting in a new cartridge.
Nothing wil print out on paper with the new ink cartridge even when I bypass head alignment.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

There are two possibilies:
1. The new catridge is not compatible. Have you made sure that the replacement cartridge is a recommended one.
2. Probably the cartridge is not in its correct position. Try removing it once & again put it back. Sometimes the contacts below the bracket holding the cartridge are dusty. Clean them with dry cloth or cotton.
